One of the first steps in making the centre ready for the community at Christamas is to clear out the building of unwanted material and rubbish. Through lack of maintainace over the decades significant damage to the internal fixtures has occured so we will need to remove any unwanted material. Various bits of equipment and rubbish that could be recycled have also been discarded so we are looking to form a team of voluteers to help collect and dispose of anything that will help lower our enviromental impact.

As the weather improves and the first signs of Spring are sprouting, it's time we spruced up the paths and area surrounding the centre. A lot of vegetation has grown up over the years and needs to be cut back or removed. We will be clearing trees, shrubs and weeds away to help make the Centre less of an eye sore for people living nearby or walking past it.
We are looking for voluteers to help, especially those expercienced with garden clearance.
